Participation Incentives

ALL riders who reach their $100 minimum fundraising level will receive a Million Miles at Miller cycling jersey (no lousy t-shirts for our riders!); access to the delicious post-ride barbeque; tickets to a Utah Jazz game; tickets to Salt Lake Bees game; free popcorn from Megaplex Theatres; and many more great items from our awesome sponsors!

Fundraise $500 and receive an overnight stay at Snowbird’s exclusive Cliff Lodge.

The top 10 fundraisers will see their names proudly displayed at the Million Miles at Miller charity bike ride.

Our top fundraisers will be invited to participate in the check presentation for Make-A-Wish Utah during a Jazz game. Fundraisers will be honored for their contributions that night with lower bowl tickets to the game for each honoree and his or her guest, VIP parking, and dinner in the VIP Club.

Each subsequent award level includes all awards contained in previous levels.

Top Awards

Top Team

The team who raises the most money will receive a suite at a Utah Jazz game (including dinner) for up to 20 guests. (Must raise a minimum of $2,000)

Top Individual

The one individual who raises the most money will receive a VIP Theatre Experience at the Jordan Commons Megaplex Theatre. You and 49 friends (50 total) will watch a movie of your choice in style with plush reclining oversized seats in your personal theatre. Popcorn and drinks included. (Must raise a minimum of $1,500)

As soon as you register for Million Miles at Miller, you’ll be on your way with your own fundraising page and access to great fundraising tips and resources. Registration is easy and you’ll have plenty of support and ideas to ask your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to donate to your fundraising goal. Before you know it, you’ll be earning great award prizes and helping to support our charities.

  • Who benefits from the money I raise?

    All money raised will go to the Make-A-Wish Utah and Larry H. Miller Charities. Information about Make-A-Wish Utah and Larry H. Miller Charities can be found here.

  • Who sponsors me?

    Anyone can sponsor you! Riders can sponsor themselves, but we encourage you to involve others. Ask co-workers, friends, neighbors, local businesses, and family members for donations. Many companies sponsor their employees. Be sure to ask if your company offers a gift matching program. Follow our Twitter and Facebook pages for more tips and fundraising inspiration in the months and weeks leading up to our event.

  • What is a matching gift, and how do they work?

    Many companies offer to match donations to charitable organizations. Contact your Human Resources department, and see if this is something your company supports. They may have a form that you submit to us with your pledges. We fill out the amount of funds that you donate, and return it to your company who will then match the amount. Matching gifts may help you qualify for incentives!

  • How do I turn in donations?

    The easiest way to make donations is through your personal fundraising page. Sponsors/donors can visit your page and submit a donation directly to you using a credit card.

    You may also submit any checks you receive via mail. Include your name (the rider) on the memo line of the check. Please download and submit this charitable donation form with each check to

    Although we highly suggest you submit your donations prior to the event, you may turn in any remaining money at pre-packet pick up or same-day registration September 13.

  • To whom should my sponsors make checks payable?

    Please make checks payable to Larry H. Miller Charities. On the memo line, please write the rider’s name. All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
